All orders placed on the Rangbhoomi Fashion website are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time of order confirmation.

We use trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
Free Standard Shipping (Across India):
Once dispatched, all orders within India are typically delivered within 7 business days. While we aim for faster delivery, please allow up to 7 days for your order to reach you from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery to remote areas or during unforeseen circumstances (such as natural calamities, extreme weather, or public holidays) may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across India! There are no minimum order values or hidden fees for shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package directly on the courier partner's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Rangbhoomi Fashion primarily ships within India.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete residential or commercial address for delivery.
- Deliveries are subject to the courier partner's serviceable pin codes.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is damaged upon arrival or appears to be lost in transit:
Damaged:
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Take photos of the package and immediately contact our customer service.
Lost:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been stuck in transit for an unusually long time, please contact us at rangbhoomi.sales@gmail.com or +91-7777955309 within 3-5 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and work towards a resolution.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

Please note that during major Indian festivals, public holidays, or peak shopping seasons (e.g., Diwali, EID, New Year), shipping carriers may experience higher volumes, which could lead to slight delays in delivery. We appreciate your patience during such times.
