Cancellation, Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Product Received in Damaged Condition/Manufacturing Defect/Wrong Item Delivered:

  • We do not accept returns of goods once purchased. However, we will replace damaged products.
  • If you have received a damaged product or the wrong item, please email us at with your order number and clear pictures of the defect or wrong product within 7 days of delivery.
  • Any complaints regarding damage, stains, or stitching issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the products. We may request a digital picture for review.
  • We will try to replace the product as soon as possible. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the cost of the item. (Note: Stitched catalog amounts are non-refundable.)
  • For product replacement, you must send back the parcel with the return packing slip within 7 days. The customer is responsible for courier charges for this return.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon receiving the returned product in our warehouse, you will receive credit in your Rangbhoomi wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Rangbhoomi wallet credit is valid for lifetime.
  • When receiving the parcel, if the package is damaged, opened, or branded with any branding other than ours, do not accept it. We are not responsible for returns of parcels accepted under these conditions.
  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made or stitched clothing.
